Hi!, I´m refreshing my English, so I´m going to write in this language. The first day was the most horrible and hard day since I left run. Yesterday, I was runnig and I felt very heavy and slow. That´s normal and were only 30 minutes. I tried my new trail runnig shoes, so I´ll have that feeling I got: trail running shoes are very different to others. These ones are a bit more heavys and you can feel like your feet more protected. The have a good rear cushion but at the front but slightly poor. The best is price-quality relation. I recommend them.
